Welcome to URS Network. These Terms & Conditions (also referred to as our “Terms of Service”) are the agreement between you and URS Networks LLC (“URS Network,” “we,” “us”), a Wyoming limited liability company that is wholly owned by URS Technologies LLC. URS Technologies LLC owns URS Networks LLC and is the legal entity registered as the seller with our payment provider, Paddle. These terms cover your use of our website and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

1Who can join

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Keep your account information accurate, keep your login secure, and take responsibility for activity under your account. Don’t impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity, affiliations, or abilities.

2Rules of engagement

URS Network is a place for real work between people who take it seriously. Your membership depends on upholding a simple standard of professionalism and mutual respect:

Conduct that undermines this standard has no place here, and we enforce it — see Section 5.

3Your content and links

You keep ownership of what you add — your profile, posts, showcases, and the links you share. You’re responsible for that content and for the sharing settings on any external repository (documents, media, or files) you link to. By posting, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display that content so the Service can work. Don’t post or link to anything unlawful, infringing, or that you don’t have the right to share.

4Membership and billing

Using the Service requires a paid membership, which begins with a 30-day free trial. We collect your payment details at signup, but you are not charged during the trial — cancel any time before it ends and you won’t be billed. When the trial ends, membership renews automatically on the plan you chose at signup — an annual subscription (currently $29.99 per year, and less in some regions) or a monthly subscription ($2.99 per month), or the price shown to you at signup — and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Billing is handled by our third-party payment provider, which acts as merchant of record. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable — see our Refund Policy for details.

5Enforcement

We want this to be a place people trust. You can report content or conduct that breaks these rules. We may review reports and, at our discretion, remove content or limit, suspend, or end accounts that violate these terms. We aim to be fair and proportionate — and to act quickly when someone’s safety is at stake.

6The Service is provided “as is”

We work to keep URS Network useful and available, but we don’t guarantee specific results, connections, or uninterrupted service. We are not a party to any agreement, transaction, or collaboration between members — do your own due diligence before working with anyone. To the fullest extent permitted by law, URS Networks LLC and URS Technologies LLC are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7Changes, ending, and governing law

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may update these terms as the Service evolves; if we make material changes, we’ll make a reasonable effort to let you know, and continued use means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
