Refund Policy

Last updated July 2026

This policy explains how refunds work for paid membership on URS Network, operated by URS Networks LLC (“URS Network,” “we,” “us”), a Wyoming limited liability company that is wholly owned by URS Technologies LLC (URS Technologies LLC owns URS Networks LLC). It expands on Section 4 (Membership and billing) of our Terms & Conditions.

1Your free trial is the safeguard

Membership begins with a 30-day free trial. We collect your payment details up front, but you are not charged during the trial. If URS Network isn’t right for you, cancel any time before the trial ends and you won’t be billed at all. This is the simplest way to be sure you only ever pay for something you’ve decided to keep.

2After the trial: your subscription

When the trial ends, your membership continues on the plan you chose at signup: an annual plan (currently $29.99 per year, and less in some regions), or a monthly plan ($2.99 per month). The annual plan is the lower-cost option over a full year; the monthly plan bills every month. Whichever you pick — or the price shown to you at signup — it renews automatically until you cancel. Because you get a full 30 days to decide before any charge is made, membership fees are generally non-refundable once billed — except in the situations below, or where the law requires otherwise.

3When we’ll refund you

We want every charge to be fair. We’ll issue a refund in situations like these:

Outside these cases, refunds are at our reasonable discretion. We don’t provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a term after a renewal — instead, cancel and keep your access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

4How refunds are processed

Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record. Paddle is the seller of record for your membership, so charges appear as Paddle on your statement, and any approved refund is returned by Paddle to your original payment method. Refunds typically reach your account within about 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5Cancelling to avoid the next renewal

You can cancel at any time — during the trial or afterward — from your account, or through the receipt and customer portal that Paddle links in your confirmation email. Cancelling stops the next renewal. If you cancel a paid term that’s already underway, your membership stays active until the end of that period and isn’t charged again. Note that cancelling is not the same as a refund — see Sections 2 and 3.

6How to reach us

To request a refund or ask a billing question, reach the coordination team through the app, or write to us at URS Networks LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Please include the email address on your account and the approximate date of the charge so we can find it quickly. If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute.

7Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves; if we make material changes, we’ll make a reasonable effort to let you know. This policy forms part of, and is governed by, our Terms & Conditions and the laws of the State of Wyoming.
